 ~ First impressions count. I will do my best to turn up for meetings & estimates when I say I will.  If there is a problem, or I am running late I will call to let you know.

~ I have a pricing structure in place for most of the wrought ironwork that I make, so you can expect to get a fair and consistent price.

~You will be given an expected completion date.  If it is not possible to meet this date because of unforeseen circumstances you will be told why and kept informed about the progress.

~ Any special offers are what they say they are!  You will receive the full quality job for the price offered.

~ After care is very important to me.  If any problems occur after manufacture & fitting that are not due to wear & tear or accidental damage, I will do my best to sort out the problem asap & free of charge.  This Business has a very good reputation for its work and I intend to keep it that way.
